You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
To receive approval for your product or product return request you must first contact our company by phone or by e-mail.
Our Company will immediately take care to replace the product or products you want. Otherwise – complete cancellation of the purchase – you can either be refunded the amount of your purchase –
the same way you did it- either leave the value of your product or products back as an open credit balance and use it whenever you want in a new order, with no specific time limit.
The return cost for the first change of product or products of your order is Free and the return is made exclusively through the cooperating courier company at the recipient’s expense.
In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary for the returned product or products to be in their original condition and with their original packaging and to be delivered to the cooperating courier within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
The product must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that he had at the time of purchase, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.
In case of a second product change or products of your order, the return costs are € 3.5 for all of Greece.
